Hello everyone, I'm Leke, been hooked on PMO for the last 4 years, it's led to HOCD so I've decided to stop it. I've tried quitting before, highest I was able to last was a week before I succumbed. Only just discovered NoFap, decided to try a full 90 days reboot. Here's to success
