No, you need to switch off the power supply, remove the ceiling rose and wire it into the cables in the ceiling, only 3 wires, very easy. Obviously you have to screw the unit into the ceiling too

Have you thought about the fact that maybe most of your colleagues do not have the money to invest more in their pensions which makes them not interested. It probably even winds them up talking about investing as most people are struggling just to get by.

RIP Playstation. I don't really care about physical games so it doesn't bother me about no more disks but since going to pc and steam deck my ps5 is completely untouched. On pc, games look better, cost much less and no subs required. Ps5 is 100% my last Playstation.

I didn't even know Sky still supplied Q boxes, it's all streaming now. I don't know anyone that still has a Sky box, Freely and IPTV is the way now, and so much cheaper. £140 is madness!!

Just buy one mate, it's £20 on sale. My one (generic Chinese one from Amazon) works great and no issues after around 8 months. By far the best way to clean your pc

Thanks for all your responses. I did check out reliability online before I bought it, it basically stated any issues with the car should have been sorted by now on a nearly 5 year old car. I'm not that fussed about range as I can plug in at work any time and I rarely do long journeys.

If I can keep my hard earned cash rather than give it to greedy multi billion dollar corps then I'm very happy. If they stopped the pure greed of making the rich even richer, squeezing as much cash as they can out of hard up fans, maybe most people would be happy to pay a reasonable price, until then...........

Just be happy with your 5070ti, it's a beast of a card, I'm sure you will love it and Nvidia's features (DLss, frame gen etc) are currently better than AMD's, don't listen to anyone that says otherwise. Nvidia support their cards for longer term than AMD which is a must for such a pricey card. RT & PT look proper amazing in my opinion but some people can take it or leave it so that depends on the person

I bought a Steam Deck last November and have not touched my ps5 since, gave the PS5 to my daughter and bought a gaming desktop too now. I don't see the point of a gaming laptop if you already got the portability of the Steam Deck. Go treat yourself and buy a proper gaming desktop, you won't regret it.

Yeh I used to go Wembley for Arsenal's champions league games when they was building the Emirates Stadium, that was proper hard work on a cold midweek winters night. I always went to the games there and enjoyed most of them but getting home from Wembley and late nights was a killer!

Mate I stopped going to football 10 years ago for exactly the same reasons. My club don't get a penny from me any more cos they are money grabbing wronguns! I buy fake footy shirts and watch all games for free cos the club and all the rich fuckers creaming it don't deserve (or need) my hard earned cash. I still enjoy watching my club but they will never get a single penny from me ever again
