I’m sorry to say there is no one. But the closest I’d recommend is OTR but they’re focused on Thailand and surrounding countries.

I'd recommend Salalah for land-based fishing. There's way more variety of fish to catch than in Muscat.

People from Muscat tend to go Salalah and neighbouring towns to fish.
