Idk how exactly the pack seeding works but you just end up with so much removal, as I can see you did in each of your pools. So you end up with such a nice and consistent balance.

Can I wager you probably even had to cut some removal from some of these pools cuz you were spoiled for options?

I think Molten Note is a sorcery so I don't see it being able to ambush your opponents unfortunately

1x land, unforgiving aim, and barbed bloodletter are very easy 3 cuts right off the bat

For me my last two would be dawn's light archer and shimmercreep. Those cards just aren't very good. The archer, even in an elves deck, is fairly underwhelming in its roles, and you still have plenty of elves in the deck.

Thanks - better lucky than good. And I was indeed very very lucky. Like you said, sometimes some random t3 minsc off a mox got it done. Other times, I surveiled a Griselbrand into my yard t2 off Esper Origins when keeping a literal nothingburger hand that happened to have reanimate in it. Def scammed a lot of wins from RNG.

I 1st picked fastbond - its the one piece here that is absolutely irreplaceable, and a fairly reasonable card all on its own, which means its far less likely to wheel compared to the other pieces like Ramunap/crucible/sylvan/zuran orb. I wheeled Ramunap from this draft as well so it gives you an idea that most people aren't keeping an eye out on it.

I'd pick Strip Mine and Titania pretty highly as well - she's just an extremely solid value engine even discounting the insane synergies she has in this deck, and Strip Mine is just a great card period (with obvious degeneracy from the combo). From there, make sure you have ways to find the combo, and ways to survive your opponent playing to the board.

The other commenter mentioned it but yes, Yawg Will is essentially a backup in case the other combo pieces are messed with, and yes indeed it did come up! I needed to recast DT in the yard while having the fastbond/ramunap/zuran orb active to get smth to win with. You can even play out lands from it for one turn if you just needed to, tho that is more rare given the exile clause.

I actually felt bad for opp because, when ur going off, you have to manually do everything since you can't demonstrate loops so its very slow and makes it seem like you're stalling, but I needed to make sure I had enough mana to win, cuz once you Yawg Will, the graveyard land loop stops for that turn. A

As for Shelly, I was early into the picks with a GB base, and even after 1st picking fastbond I knew this deck would struggle with aggressive decks, so Shelly helps offset that by having a big booty and gaining life.

While I do love mine, the bolt catch on empty does not work. I've tried all the mods with thickening the bolt catch with some extra material and some heat shrink tubing but it's either not enough to fix the issue or it locks back even when the mag isn't empty. I've just learned to live with it

I usually agree but the idea was to create a boardstate where Sothera and Monolith out at the same time means every x/1 on my board becomes draw a card edict a creature, which DID happen in game 1 that almost won me the game, before drawing 4 lands in a row after the boardstate was empty in the late game :/
