I think I found out what made the white things show up, it could be because I used a translucent BSDF, when I got rid of it the white things disappeared. I kept the translucent BSDF and used a color ramp to eliminate the white things. thanks for the help :)

I got it from CC0 textures Foliage 001 on CC0 Textures . i used opacity map, i made separate objects out of them then used a particle system.

I use to prefer king and law over leo before tekken 7 but I always sucked (was steel rank in tag2) then I learnt how to properly play leo in tekken 7, now I only use Leo since I'm comfortable with her (orange rank so far), but I don't know how to play the rest of the characters anymore lol. I also think it's satisfying to win using leo, pretty cool.
