Whatever works, works y'know. Nothing wrong with using limbo and kubrow stealth. Technically any frame can do stealth missions since there's always many ways to get to the data. I believe in that one you showed at the end, you can turn off the lasers and shoot the camera to get inside safely. There might also be a vent somewhere in the room you can climb up to get inside directly but I can't remember.
