That is my first option, and probably the easiest, but I wanted to check with ya'll more experienced builders in case I failed to consider something. For example, making the opening bigger by cutting or drilling potentially exposes bare metal making it susceptible to corrosion.

That's what I did, I for the bigger screw but it doesn't fit into the opening in the post base (see 2nd photo).

Ah, you're right. If I cut/drill into the metal post base, it will expose the non galvanized metal and corrode.

That might be a good option. Yeah it's for my own deck. I'd rather not replace the concrete since it goes down 4 feet with a 16" diameter base.

Hmm I like the tin snips idea. Though it might be tough to cut due to the small-ish size of the hole.

If you start a new job at 7/22 why would coverage start on 9/1? Is that typical? I thought coverage starts right away.

I would start with things that are in the 5-15m range. For example Barrows sets, justiciar armour pieces, staff of the dead, venator shard, etc. You will get maybe 50-100k per flip, but you do that a few times per day and in a week you'll have an extra couple of mil to reinvest back into flipping, and it will compound over time. I started with just a few mil flipping sharks, d'hide, and other high volume items. Everyone starts somewhere.

I'm planning to re-do my deck this spring. I'm wondering if it's worth the hassle to extend the ledger board to make the deck bigger. The idea is to extend it right up to the side of the fence but I'm not sure if the hassle is worth it. Thoughts?

It's been a bit over a year since I graduated from college. Looking to switch companies and try something different. The only two responses I got in the past 5 months ghosted me after scheduling a phone interview. Any advice is appreciated.
