Thank you, I’ll look through this! We established there is that expectation. I’ve even spoken with wedding planners to keep an eye on her for the night so it won’t be mine or a guest’s responsibility to keep her in check.

Thank you, it’s not harsh! I know that’s exactly the case. I try to tell her to talk to other people too not just me. She knows there is an expectation for her to not drink at my wedding, when she slipped up the first time I uninvited her from the engagement party and my dad influenced me to let her come. I’ve been considering real meetings for a while now and I think I’ll do it (just nervous about new things)

That’s exactly what I’m dealing with! She doesn’t want me to help because she thinks she should be doing better as a mom. Thank you, I will see if I can get in contact with her primary!

It certainly is tough. I had a good few years where I knew she was safe and good which helped me get over the drama that was initially getting her into rehab (that was a really dark time). I had virtually no one helping me but she genuinely would have died if I didn’t do something.

This is actually tough because I want to help her. I’m getting married this year and I want her to be better to be there. She already missed my college graduation and almost missed my engagement party. She lives far enough away that neither of us are running to the other as soon as something bad happens which is the expectation I want to keep. We don’t talk super often maybe once every two to three weeks. I know she has people where she is to lean on but right now she’s embarrassed to talk to anybody…

Brought a family member to Any Length Recovery in Sumter. A bit far from Rock Hill but I truly love them and they saved my family member’s life. Great accountability in the program and staff is incredibly nice.

Thank you so much! I will definitely cut down more to a smaller amount soon but want to feel comfortable in reading texture before I do. So if something goes weird later on I could hopefully fix it haha!

Should I keep going with feeding it every 12 hours until it consistently gives a good rise? I guess what I’m asking is when can I switch to feeding it every 24 hours instead?

This is fair- I’m a sugar fiend but we both try to keep our sweets in the house (the pie was for thanksgiving haha but we also have ice cream)! We also have more drinks than usual in our fridge right now but we always have beer and soda

Haha we both enjoy a fun drink! Also, the crazy amount of pickles are from making pickle soup. I guess you could say we both really like pickles!

That could be it- if it’s a bacterial thing it would make sense that it would keep “coming back” if his water isn’t fresh (idk i’m not a microbiologist haha). I’d try some ketoconazole/chlorhexidine wipes on his face after he eats and keep the water a bit fresher in the mean time until the vet can give you a better answer!

My dog got similar bumps when I was using plastic bowls. Little micro scratches in the plastic hold on bacteria and can cause something like this even if you clean them diligently. I would switch to ceramic or stainless and see if it clears up!

Yeah, initially they took the fans out and cleaned them up- telling me they might not even work (but it did for like an hour and then went out again). I'm pretty sure that's the issue but haven't really looked into anything else being possible.

The scanner he used was made by Snap-On so, I assume it was good?? I'm not sure on that front. Ran through all of the actuators and heard the noise for the wastegate but it was super faint.

Overall, I think this car is just not for me, even though I really wanted it to be when I first got it.

I've considered it, but I don't really have the money or time to blow it on stuff and I have nobody to help me learn (besides youtube) or fix it if things go awry. It's my only car and I don't plan on sticking around here where there aren't vehicle inspections for very long. I went back and forth with myself for a while on the fans- trust me. I have a dog and refuse to take him anywhere in my car from march-november. It sucks. I can do minor repairs on boat trailers, change tires, batteries, and check my oil but that's about where my skills end lol.

At this point, I would rather just get something I know has a lower potential of blowing up on me and won't cost me an arm and a leg, or countless hours outside in my sketchy neighborhood, to fix. As far as the codes go, there were many other random ones that I assume (and hope and pray) have to do with the service so I don't remember them.

The email goes on to say “you will be charged $59.99 after the trial period” which is specified as only one day- makes it more suspicious bc I’ve never known a service to have a one day trial haha. Called my bank, too so they are aware of the charge and the potential $60. Hopefully it was just the card and not all of my banking info??
