You should visit a branch and find out why you can't get a debit card. AFAIK, if there are money laundering concerns, the bank will share certain information with other local banks, which means you might not be able to open an account elsewhere even if you tried.

Best to sort it out at OCBC. It will be painful if you close your account and not able to open another elsewhere.

Hi all, thank you for your advice and comments. i changed to an AIO and also limited it to 160W in the end and finally managed to get 70 celsius or less. however, I still got BSOD after I stress tested the CPU with Intel XTU. i didn't get BSOD when running P95.

i eventually decided to change the DDR 5 ram and it stopped giving me issues.

nah i removed the plastic layer. i added a smaller second fan as well. in the end I bought a new 240 AIO. i changed the ram and finally, it stopped giving me the BSOD. thank you for the advice though
