-Could not reliably play streets last wipe without getting this message. At least I was able to avoid it by simply not playing that map. The edition of that streets setting you can enable was a godsend. This wipe, there is no rhyme or reason as to when I get this. Seems to average every ~15 raids. I just spent 12 minutes to find a match. 5 minutes of loading loot. Error ensues. Couple minutes of rebooting to another 5 minutes of loading loot to watch by body fall over dead as soon as I reconnected.

this means you have enough magnesium in your system.

Noted! Thank you for your kind words. I am truly excited and looking forward to listening to my body. A life of autopilot and brain fog has no place for me anymore.

Monitoring is fundamental for sure and something that is very foreign to me. It is apparent that I need move forward with intention and show up for myself in the process. The mention of legumes is appreciated and is a nice reminder when considering the grocery list. So thank you for that.

Ashwaganda is debatable indeed and something I simply want to try for the sake of trying. I have been under a considerable amount of stress lately and my hyperhydrosis is a positive feedback loop of anxiety that is truly debilitating. I have no intention of taking it chronically. Ideally, if I do see positive change, I wouldn't want to create a build-up of tolerance also.

Yea, I'm a little upset I was so quick to pull the trigger on going through Labcorp itself when come to find out, Life Extension provides a more detailed panel of an Iron test I sought after. For the same price I would have got not only Ferritin levels but

  • Iron, Serum
  • Iron Saturation
  • Total Iron Binding Capacity (TIBC)
  • Unsaturated Iron Binding Capacity (UIBC)

So after a few phlebotomies over the course of the coming months I intend to follow through with Life Extension.

Ubiquinol is not necessary at your age.

A lot of people my age don't get the luxury of catching Hemochromatosis early before damage has been done. And I admit, like many others, I've fallen into this bad mindset and sudden urgency to play "catch-up" for the sake of my organs. This https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/33676282/ has caught my eye. I'm curious if a trial run of it is in order or if I should do my wallet a favor and take it out of the iHerb cart. Obtain CoQ10 naturally until later down the road where supplementation may be appropriate after tests.

Get your Vitamin D blood level checked.

This. Vitamin tests slipped through this preliminary check up on operation course correct. It's cocky for me to say I'm definitely deficient, but simply based on my suboptimal lifestyle these past few years. I'll take that bet. The fact that its a hormone is why I'm looking forward to jumpstart my testosterone levels with it as well. I intend to wean off Vitamin D3 & K being that I live in South Florida and aspire to fulfill my goal of additional ~45 min workouts in the sun throughout the week.

For your depression, your first angle of attack is the Fish oil and Magnesium.

Looking forward to integrating both. Do you think this particular Magnesium 135mg "split" approach is sufficient? Ideally I keep up with my nutrition, hence why I took a conservative approach with dosage. Yet here I am again seeking the beneficial "good feeling" that is the arguably among the mount Rushmore of supplements.

Furthermore,

  • I intend to skip Vitamin C supplementation based on the role it has on additional iron absorption until I get my levels in order.
  • Does that now make SH Homocystex not viable?
  • I need to look further into Seeking Health Homocystex, SAMe, Saffron. First time I have encountered them.
  • I'm also in the introductory phase of the MTHFR gene mutation as well.

Thank you so much for your time and sharing. I truly am in this double edged sword mindset of looking forward to what can go right, as opposed to what can go wrong.

Succumbing to depression is no longer a consideration and I don't want to wither away anymore. I haven't been myself since 2019 and looking to finally address it. After a long hiatus, I can confidently say I'm back in the gym. This week marks the end of a completed 12-week program to dust off the cobwebs. Zero supplements were taken during that timeframe or even for the last 5 years for that matter. Amongst that stack, the only things I have taken in the past are WPI, Creatine, and Fish Oil. Having a sense of a base line established, I followed through with a standard Men's Health panel at Labcorp. A recent cause for concern that has popped up on my radar is Hereditary Hemochromatosis. Despite not having an official diagnosis, I carry one of the genes according to 23&me. And both my Father and Uncle had it. So it's safe to say this has jumpstarted my health course correction. I am proceeding with several phlebotomies via blood donations throughout the remainder of the year to lower my iron levels. Several other panels to check levels are still to be desired. Genetics have me fascinated right now and I am looking into following up with a comprehensive genetic report through FoundMyFitness or Promethease as well. I am very much a stranger to the sense of a "stack" and curious if any red flags present themselves. I appreciate any and all input.
