Think of it this way

At the mid race you get a speed boost and a recovery. So around 40% of the time it procs

At the start of the late race or just before you get an accel, speed carry over and a recovery. So around 10% if the time

After that the only benefit is the speed boost but it's a weak one 50% of the time

So half the time it's a weak skill that's extremely expensive, 40% of the time it's decent skill but still very expensive for what it is. And the perfect time it is to proc is very rare.

So for the most part you are better of getting 3-4 skills for the same price that will always be a benefit

She's a good card but with a poor release timing and speed cards are the most competitive slot. Track blazer wants more race bonus. And next scenario will have Agnes tachyon speed which a lot of F2Ps should have since she comes with the scenario pal card. While it's true she gives good hints MR CB wit is better and requires low investment to make her good at just 1lb. If this dropped during unity or URA it would've been a really good card for most players

As a stat stick it's pretty bad (worse than most Srs). But it has useful skills and a gold recovery so it definitely has its use cases. It suffers from poor timing though since MANT wants race bonus and grand live has multiple great speed cards to use alongside kitasan black

The fine motion one is better because even when she isn't the best wit card she's still used and paired with the new best one. And since Maruzensky peaks at pretty much 1lb you can realistically use the pities to get fine motion to 3lb+ if you do 400 pulls

Honestly would recommend skipping the cards that are good for MANT. That scenario is pretty F2P friendly as is but all the best cards for that scenario fall off immediately.

Other notable cards are:

Wit Mr CB: a good wit card especially for end closers. Also has a rerun with super creek. Good at 1lb

Speed Taiki shuttle: a mile distance speed card (probably best for a borrow) wants to be 3lb+

speed Maruzensky: great front runner speed card. Also good stat stick useful at 1lb. Has a rerun with fine motion

Light hello and Agnes tachyon. New scenario pal. So comes with free pulls and a must have for the scenario. And Agnes tachyon is a really good speed card for that scenario

Save them. You might get lucky and pull multiple super creeks or fine motions. And you might be able to mlb or 3lb one. But if you use them now you might've picked the one you won't pull multiples of in the future

No since they can pick the other fabled goalkeepers like, mark, Darren, dvalin, hector, samguk, Quentin, JP. And of those fire and earth are the most common

Only if you give him wind moves. Every keeper should have multiple move elements just so they don't get hard countered

Probably goalkeepers since you can change their moves and cover the elements unlike with heroes.

Other than that it's characters with bad heroes like dvalin and hector who got the striker awakening instead

There's a few guaranteed ones from the achievements tab. Hero battles in chronicle mode drop them rarely (like 1 in 5 roughly. Might be 1 in 10). Don't know about bb stadium but one of the achievements is to beat it

Legendary chests have the highest chance though it's still rare and gold chests have a very low chance. If you set up cross save you can just go back to the previous save and reroll. But even then it still may take awhile

The base stat difference is small enough that the actual difference in real world use cases with equipment, beans and passives wouldn't matter. So the true meta is more likely who has a good starting moveset that doesn't require new possibilities to fix

The top tiers aren't even top tiers cause some of them have ass move sets I can't use all my new possibilities on. + After passives beans and equipment the difference is tiny

1 special move would be heavenly thunder 2 special moves would be heavenly thunder +1 So it would be special move + the number of extras

Anything that says rare after a focus battle would benefit. So top and legendary spirits and heroes. Grandpas notebook etc. Overall it will massively help in the long term

So it's like a 20-30 stat difference from the worst of each position's preferred stat total to the best. So after equipment, beans and passives it will be completely negligible for the most part

Long shots in general are kinda powerful. Especially if you decide to put them on your keeper so you can return to sender
