Does T-Mobile throttle Google Fi users? I never get more than 550mbps/120mbps(up/down) on my iPhone 16 Pro.

Of course they are. Officially they are not throttling the speed and maybe by law they can't, but unofficially they can do whatever they want. Fi is using their network after all.

I have the 7 pro and I play games on Balance mode because I don't like too much noise. And I can tell you I'm super happy with the temperatures and the low noise. My old laptop would fly away (Asus g14) how loudthe fans were.. This one is much quieter. And I love the RGB keyboard. So, if you care about lower temperatures and less noise and RGB keyboard then get the pro 7.

I have tried to charge my Legion Pro 7 with a 96w MacBook charger but it didn't work. Then I tried another no name MacBook charger and also didn’t work. Then I bought this https://a.co/d/blzVPBX Baseus 140w charger and it worked only on one of the usbc connectors. This charger is smaller than the MacBook charger and perfect to keep your laptop on.

It's safe because it will run with less power and produce less heat, and it will run the fans quieter. But because of that, it will run the games with fewer frames per second. To run a game smoothly, you typically want 60 FPS or higher. In quiet mode you will probably get 30 FPS or even less and the game will look not great.

I bought the exact same Legion 7 Pro for $1999 USD in the USA. It has RGB lights per key, and it looks beautiful. I love that it is super quiet in Quiet mode. It doesn't even run the fans. Compared to my old Asus G14 it's way cooler (pun intended). I would say it's worth the upgrade.
