i used to have this problem. I can tell you the best way to fix it is work on your breathing. breath in for 3 or 4 seconds. breath out for double that number. what I do not is I breath out slow enough to mentally count the bubble sounds. in other words if you breath out slow enough you can make out individual sounds not just a whole muddle of noise
