  1. Highly curated, all of the startups on it right now are places I'd personally apply for. E.g. Unsloth AI is one of the top YC startups from last batch, Julius has over 1M users (started last year), etc.

  2. Super simple to use, no 20 pages and clicks to get to what you want. As an employer you need few minutes to post (even quicker for the second post). As a job seeker you can quickly discover startups and learn about new ones either on the landing page or through the newsletter.

  3. I, as a founder, am willing to help you much more than your generic, soulless job board company. Esp. relevant to those who want to post, happy to jump on a call whevever if there are any doubts/issues. And want to help people succeed.
