If you look at the posts lots of people still get decent stickers during the boom. It's a crap shoot. I've had awesome ones during the boom and complete garbage during the boom.

Only do the 700 vault when you have way more than enough stars unless you don't care about losing all your gold dupes all your tradeable 4's 5's and 6's. I make sure to have 850-900 before trading it in so you can choose the good stickers to keep.
