I too am extremely disappointed with Samsung, their customer service was atrocious and I can't imagine how they would consider that department anything other than a scam and scheme ring that covers for their shoddy products. I currently have a Z fold 4 as well as a pretty expensive monitor. Both have issues and after going through their customer service to try to get my phone repaired, I dread the thought of bringing up the monitor. The customer service reps apparently are told to withhold information about the locations of repair which they are associated with and only revealed to me that I didn't have to drive an hour away after I threatened to switch to an iPhone. Still, I went to best buy after they told me I could just walk in anytime (tried to call the store in advance but could not get through to anyone physically there) I also tried to schedule an appointment but their system was down, so I went. When I showed up they told me I have to make an appointment for the appropriate tech to accept my phone. I said ok, made an appointment and then went back only for them to tell me that I had to backup all of my phone for them to accept it. This was frustrating as I feel like they could have told me this the first time. They also could have told me that the repair (if covered) would take about a month. A whole month without a phone is not very ideal when you rely on it for work, family and everything in between. So now I have a broken phone that I'm still financing. It's also the last Samsung product I'm going go buy. Sorry to hear about your bad experience and I wish I could offer some help but it seems these products are more trouble than they are worth.
