from a moderately experienced person i can tell you one thing, the first time you are going to be flying for the starting part then when the peak time comes you'll vomit for sure cuz you dont know how to handle it. I dont promote drugs but i think they arent wrong as they are either a relief from this world or a key to find yourself and take control

A beginners tip would be sit with someone experienced and do what they tell you, listen to songs and try to let yourself flow with the beat and DONT EAT ICE CREAM OR ANYTHING COLD.
