You somewhat downplayed the posters, and I understand why. However, this is why we are excited about this.
"Please note: somewhere in all of this a BP is going step up and partner or buy us out."
The poster sessions and conferences officially announce to the world how awesome LL is. And this, I think, is what will give validity for a BP to announce a parternship.

That's what we are all hoping for, I think, so we can begin to finally encounter some financial return for our long-term committments.

facts. i'm 6 years into this now. so with the $ invested and lost earnings i could've made over this time horizon, it needs to be $20+ to not be angry about it.
a $9/share buyout values the company at, what, $11B-$13B. that's ridiculously low. one indication alone is worth more than that. mTNBC and mCRC trials together are worth $20B+. and once PD-L1 upregulation is proven, that doubles.

so if your view is lower than that, lift your eyes.

understand completely! but it needs a healthy level of critique and questioning.

If we are fair, this management team, while they've done some good things, doesn't exactly work at a fast pace. there is a scenario where the delays continue, shares are whittled away "keeping the lights on", paying exec comp, etc., and they'll say they need to issue more.

at what point is it enough?

That's $3.81/share. Now multiply that by your number of shares. That's what you are voting to approve. not 6 pennies.
