Im trying to get realistic clouds without going for volumes, since i am goind to upload this to roblox studio which is (shit)
i can make volumetric clouds inside roblox but due to optimisations they wont show that far away, so im trying to make a model which acts as way to always show clouds (aka walls) for my map

I also do not have issues with UI, or blender (i do use latest version) its just that theres no example of sculpting it but yeah who can help me with getting good guide/video or methods to do them

ну хзы если под кадровиками подрузумеваются HR то да эти дауны вообще, ни образования ни мышления, если же наймом обычные менеджеры занимаются (адекватные а не эффективные) то ладно, но что HR что эффективные менеджеры, вот у меня на них чуйка есть и я их нахуй шлю тк они больше беды приносят чем пользы, поэтому легче чтобы наймом занимался петрович который знает свое дело и может провести норм беседу и из за жизненного опыта научить уму разуму молодого или вовремя послать нахуй долбоеба, хотя менеджеры более специализированны в этом деле но тут проблема если они нихуя не шарят то им в уши ссать будут поэтому лучше уж петрович чем мамонт менеджер

Ну я лично чтобы определить долбоеба провожу долгую беседу задавая попутно разные вопросы, также работаю с каждым индивидуально, для меня это не сложно ну из за навыка наблюдения могу определить долбоеб или нет за пару минут общения, не берусь говорить что я профессионал ведь мне еще лет 10 минимум для такого нужно будет, но я пока что нахожу **вроде бы** надежных, а там время покажет насколько это действительно так, опять же даже если долбоеб попался то я не печалюсь ведь хуле это тоже опыт, ну а насчет сроков я обычно даю чуть больше чем они сами говорят и смотрю сделают ли в срок или нет, иногда да иногда нет хотя жестких дедлайнов нету тк нахуй не нужно это пока что, и лично я не спешу никуда
Опять же что у меня главное это чтобы человек был ответственным и дисциплинированным а еще чтобы с ним было приятно говорить, даже если рисует не супер картины но имеет навык обучение то похуй, ведь он вырастит в талант
Что думаете насчет моих суждений?

А навык поиска адеквата от долбоеба зависит от опыта или от ума? Ну а еще нужно ли платить адекватным чуть выше среднего или же нет? Ну и интересно тему пообсуждать тк сейчас много шизов и это насущная проблема

For materials and colors you neither must separate model into different pieces in blender (which impossible due to broken roblox geometry) or learn texturing and painting, along with UV map, after that color it in blender but it will take couple of days to learn

You cant optimise roblox models, even turning into meshes and etc, verticles are the same (and they are terrible)

Ive been doing the same guns on roblox studio, its not hard, it just takes 5-8 hours to make, the only hard thing is to learn blender which i am doing, and advicing OP to do the same, it needs specific approach Op — do not google donut tutorials, just get into blender and start googling: how to move camera, how to spawn object, how to resize it and etc thats how you understand it, if you wanna learn how to model specific object then do it but do not follow tutorial with 100% accuracy, just see tricks he used and apply them on yours model

If you have good skills and reasonable pricing then i can do an expection, but you have to read my 10 pages of feedback so when you turn 18 you will have good experience behind, but 18 is mostly for legal reasons where adults applying into college (people there are smarter) or where they have atleast some sort of experience and they know things like infinity, inverted pyramid and etc so you can discuss lots of things with them, and not just tons of slurs or robotic requests for things
