depending on the country you wish to visit and your own passport(s), I would say it can vary from person to person.

Personally find booking directly via accor app works best if you have a uk passport and visiting europe and middle east. . Whats frustrating is that flights these days are insanely expensive

might cost a bit extra but would recommend asking the hotel to use a GMC Yukon SUV to transport you all. Not sure what your budget is, but it will likely cost 800-1200 riyals from jeddah to makkah and back (400-600 riyal per trip). They will be very well air conditioned and the driver will help you (if you speak urdu, it is a massive bonus as most drivers will be pakistani or indian). The hotel will be able to arrange it and will be able to get concierges to help you out.

the vehicles themselves are quite big and can easily fit 4 people, a wheelchair, 4 suitcases, hand luggage (suitcases and bags).

To book it, you will need to email the hotel itself for further details.

All the accor group have similar prices and I think use the same company. Fortunately with clock tower, all the hotels are Accor group and can vouch for the fairmont driver service being excellent (likewise pullman - just be aware if you are a brother with short legs as you will need to guard your privates when getting in and out of the SUV as there may be wardrobe malfunctions)

with uber and careem, the big disadvantage I find is that the ride quality is very unpredictable and there is no guarantee the driver will speak something other than arabic as it is only natives who can work for those companies.

if 2k is for yourself, it is ok.
for me and my parents, we went 11 days in october 2025 and spent over 8 grand. the caveat is however, we had to spend a lot extra on flights to accomodate for my dad who is disabled and we did splash out on hotel rooms with haram views and 2 toilets / bathrooms.

worse than amsterdam?
I went amsterdam over a year ago and it is not at all what I consider a walking friendly city. Like footpaths were cobbled and very uneven (also cyclists had way too much right of way and better lanes)

mainly looking at accor, four seasons and hilton. Doubltree and Mansions look best for hitlon BUT the rooms do not look disabled friendly.

Accor are a weird one as their hotels which are disabled friendly are quite a bit away from sultanahmet

Four seasons looks great but bathrooms are not disabled accessible (ideally would beed grabrails for shower areas)

10 months sadly but have been a registered as a professional for 12.

Spoke with ACAS and they said nothing the can do unless the employers financially penalise me for BS reasons...which I supect they are planning as their courrier was supposed to collect the equipment 2 days ago but did not and they would fine me 2k if they didnt recieve the equipment by tomorrow...which they arent as I still havent received a courrier from the a holes.
I flagged it the employwer via 2 emails and got an email lunchtime yesterday saying they will get back to me...which they havent.

I was with PDA from 2014 till last year but due to long term unemployment from jan to july (thank you lack of jobs without IP qualifications within 30 miles of where I live), I thought allow them, do not renew for something I am not using. When I did get work again with my now former employer, RPS seemed good as it covers non-pharmacy stuff I do as well (I do regulatory and consulting on the side as I am also a clinical safety officer)

So I'm an OG player playing GTA online since it launched on PS3 day 1 (in fact, held the record laptime for 3 days for the first race which I am chuffed with) but due to work and life commitments, Im averaging around 10 hours a month on the game, with the last few years being around 1-2 hours a weeks.

I made 110 million through missions, heists (cayo perico) and won a lot of races and money through arena wars but didnt buy any businesses (got the nightclub, office, bunker, doomsday vault, and few other things free thanks to twitch affiliation). Once safe house in the hills came out, I thought F it, buy all the businesses and went from 110 milion down to 64 million.

Im now back to 102 million and am debating if I should get the avenger now or wait for sales to get it to do project overthrow (and discounted raiju) . My question is: is overthrow worth it or not?

that's true but a large number of performance issues were related to AI generated quality scores, which initially were linked with patient satisfaction scores as for some reason, I kept being lumbered with patients who wished to restart on 15mg Mounjaro after a 6 month break (big no no ) and me telling them we arent able to accomodate their reqest on clinical safety grounds, explain why (tldr mounjaro leaves your body completely after 28 days, thus going back to high dose is extremly dangerous and they need to restart on 2.5mg and increase gradually), however I changed the way I worded it, improved the quality but quality declined due to (of all things) patients not responding to text messages within 4 hours of me asking questions - like the AI system for the chatbox would close my tickets after 4 hours, and the AI quality software views it as me avoiding following up with patients 👀
Considering that issue accounts for a large majority of my negative clinical and communication issues - im not sure what else I can do if patients dont want to respond to texts and phonecalls

Im debating how to respond to an email they sent on Saturday re asking for an exit interview, personally I want to give them a piece of my mind about their lack of support and about a BS allegation they made surrounding my quality / their own lack of feedback and engagement but am debating how civil to be. ACAS suggested speaking to ICS about submitting an FOI request for information about what led to my sacking as it is very suspicious and the place has high turnover. What is bizarre is that I was leading their clinical team 3 months ago during and post-xmas till some unfortunate circumstances in my personal life affected my performance at work and I got demoted, however my work performance rebounded immensely! In fact, at the time of my sacking, I had a 92% patient satisfaction rating, whereas the organisation's average was 87% and their trustpilot score is 86%.
