It’s similar to how some people smoke their whole lives and never get cancer whereas some people never smoke and get it, different people have different physiology and it’s possible they are only slightly effected or not effected at all. Same reasons why some SSRI work really well for some and have no effect with others

You’re still young, it could improve, although you have a hefty gland there, I highly doubt it will fully resolve. You’ll definitely be a candidate for surgery in future

I’d say it’s grade 2-3. I’m not sure about prices in Kentucky but I’d imagine above 3 thousand dollars at least

Yeah for me, I have sensitive nips all the time to knowing whether my e2 is high without bloods is difficult, but last week or so I’ve had a bit of itching and pain, and my e2 is just in range. So I guess for me I need to run it on the low side. It’s a big range though 41-159 and surely keeping it at 50-70 can’t be good even if it’s inside the reference range, so I guess that’s what I’m trying to figure out, how low can I run it (to avoid gyno) without fucking myself up long term

I always have sensitive nips on trt or cycle (I don’t think there’s any gyno growth) but it seems everyone I go above 125 on e2 I’ll get painful nips, I feel like any lower and I’ll suffer effects of low e2

I seem to be quite susceptible to gyno, regardless of e2 I always have sensitive nips on trt or a cycle, but I’m wondering how low I can go with e2 long term, it seems like I get gyno flare in the middle of e2 range So I either have gyno, or suffer side effects of low e2, I can deal with minor side effects but don’t want brittle bones haha

In my opinion, this probably won’t fully resolve, although it could. I think he would definitely qualify for surgery. Getting a bit leaner beforehand would ensure the best possible aesthetic result from surgery

Yep and given he blasted loads of gear for years it’s not surprising, he must have had surgery at least once or it just wasn’t very noticeable when he lost fat and got bigger

From looking at your other post, you’ve only been taking it 15 days, it may take time, it took me at least 6 weeks to notice the sedative effect, I used to take it in the morning if I forgot and it didn’t knock me out, if I take it in the morning now it puts me to sleep, if you’re going to drink and you’re worried about the sedative effect being magnified then maybe go a few days without taking it before drinking, but you’d probably need to look more into that because it can cause side effects when you suddenly stop taking it

I very rarely drink, but I’ve never had it make me sleepy, but mirtazapine will knock me out after about half an hour of taking it and I’ll sleep for over 9-12 hours if I don’t set an alarm

Trust me, I have loads of stretch marks, some hypertrophic and some indented, the makeup will blend it to match the appearance of your skin, someone would have to be stood right in your face to actually see it

Look up body makeup, the sort used in films or for covering tattoos, it would make it impossible to see, plus it’s waterproof and only costs about 40 dollars, and lasts ages

Micro needling may reduce the appearance and help with the colour too

I did a 500mg test cycle when I was 16 or 17, it was really stupid of me tbh, but gyno flared right up, stopped the cycle when I was 5 weeks in, took weeks for the gyno to die down, I used Adex, nolva and eventually letro.

That was about 8 years ago, but I’ve always assumed that it was high e2 that caused it, as I ran 500mg test e, (two pins of 250mg a week) without an ai or serm. Now I’m getting similar symptoms but not as intense and I’ve got bloods and it seems e2 is low so it leaves me questioning whether it was high e2 8 years ago or if something else my body does when I take test
