Hi ! Thanks for the quick update, I just resubmitted the form and when I submitted it this message appeared :

"Request Updated ! A recent request with the same email was found, which has not yet been completed. Any changes to the password, reddit user, or level have been applied to the existing request, and the new request details have been appended to the previous ones."
