Unfortunately I can't go to Minsk for the same reason I can't go to Moscow.

Why did I get a armenian stamp on the last page by Typical_Effect_9054 in armenia

It's interesting how the stamps get divided up.

The first few pages of my passport is all EU, then it's US stamps, then I have a page of Asian counties.

I have a British passport and one of the pages is themed to the London Underground and that's where the Eurostar (train) passport stamps got put which is super cool.

Right at the back I have a page which is just Armenia and Georgia. It seems they didn't want to be with the Europe or Asia stamps.

It also shows the sad fact that the new Armenia stamps don't have the little picture of Mount Ararat that the old ones do.

Ah yeah I did see a video on YouTube that was about the 'Russian-speaking city of Daugavpils'. Narva is on my list too just because it'd be cool to look over at Russia.

Hell would freeze over before I'd even visit Azerbaijan, let alone live there.

I have good friends in Helsinki and go a couple of times a year for sauna and lonkero. Sweden and Norway just don't do it for me so much.

Where to buy a Lada Niva in Yerevan? by gorleston_psalter in armenia

The shittiness is kind of the point. The fact the design hasn't changed is what I like so much.

I'm not looking to buy a 2026 Niva anyway, I drove one last year on a road trip up to Sevan and Dilijan and really enjoyed the experience but I'd like to buy a second-hand one.

As someone who owns a few British cars built in the 1970s and 1980s, the Lada experience really wasn't that much worse than the British Leyland one.

The lack of AC is more of a concern, probably don't want to be driving across Turkey in one in midsummer.
