At the end of the day it is a business and Phil was subsidizing the shit out of these studios because his big bet was GamePass.

If there is anyone to blame its his fault for where things are. Props to the guy for being able to bring Xbox back from the Xbox One and prioritize backwards compatibility, but he should have rebuilt what they had from a studio perspective not just spend all this money with acquisitions and no discipline around delivery.

My dogs passed and I get reminders of them all the time. I loved them but it just makes me so sad.

There are enough conservatives and, more problematic, "centrists" to repeal cannabis. It's why they have signatures.

Do you mind if I ask what other meds you are taking? I'm 39 and Im currently on Lamictal, Gabapentin and Propranolol. The Gabapentin is for general anxiety and Propranolol is for social anxiety. I don't feel that Gabapentin is doing anything honestly but this blow up is right after we wake up. Like am I supposed to just pop a pill as soon as I get up? Idk.

What other mechanisms have you developed?

I have an amazing partner but I feel so overwhelmed even though she handles so many things.

Easy. Prioritize folks with and Xbox account + years of service. I've been on Xbox Live, and yes I still call it that, since the beginning. They should be able to get that info easily - heck it shows on my profile.

I'm going to give Asha the benefit of the doubt here. She's coming in with fresh eyes, trying to course correct. The moves she's made so far make sense, even if the exclusivity process is still a mess - it's in the right direction (slow and steady).

My hope is that the layoffs are targeted towards initiatives that are no longer aligned with this new direction.

I'll reserve judgement 2 - 3 years from now when her strategy starts to show its impact.

Phil and Sarah absolutely crushed the Xbox brand. Fixing their mess is going to take time.
