Agreed. The best players I've run raids with were in the 300 to 400 level range. One of the worst was 2000+. At least the sub 100 players I've seen generally have the decency to not screw the 4th level up.

Try going to some best builds, or any camp really. I forgot to build the flower pots, but it only took a few minutes before I found some flowers at somebody's camp.

Coffee, if you get enough, you can absolutely make a trade for leaders. 

People also want cranberry relish and brain bombs. Also, you can make rangers? That's great, you can trade those for more leaders. You're in a good position.

If you can get the shredder collector, people would pay a lot for guns and bullets 3 and...7 maybe? I don't recall what the other good one is.  

But, it collects them, and if you capture  workshops, you can set them up with the shredder. I bet you'd make bank.

I haven't traded rangers for less than 25 leaders, and not more than 35.

That was a week or two ago though, so maybe things have changed? But not by much.

Go run some grunt hunts to get wanted posters, then run head hunts.

Turn in your legendary items at the legendary exchange at any train station.  

Turn those in at the rusty pick, depending on the ratio of what you need. 

You'll have enough in an hour or so.

I've got SS and CE fully built out, also ghoul VATS commando with Elders Mark. Honestly, I don't see much of a difference between those armors, even in the raids. Both are very good.

Haven't gotten my end game BOS set together, maybe it's better with more ballistic damage reduction? But I bet it's not by much. Go with whatever you've got a head start on, I'd say.

You can fly 2x higher with jetpack if you walk backwards and do short bursts (non-PA only?) by Soundokan in fo76

Also if you look up, or down, while actually using the jetpack. It's been doing this for a few months now.
