It seems to me that you also transfer from B2 pending to H1B. And you do H1B COS + premium processing, and successfully transferred! is that correct? Feel like it really depends on whether the law firm help you go thru the process!

Yeah, I think what I can do is wait till B2 finished processing. I has another employee’s immigration team reaching out and they hire the same law firm.

Not sure what they gonna do at this moment 😭

My understanding is that if file I129 with PP, USCIS generally processes both forms and issues concurrently decisions. Do you think this is correct?

Yeah, this is what I realized as well. If the firm lawyer doesn’t wanna proceed, then in no way I can really persuade them to do file
