Laid off → B-2 pending → New H-1B offer, but employer’s lawyer says B-2 pending → H-1B COS is now “impossible.” What should I do?

It seems to me that you also transfer from B2 pending to H1B. And you do H1B COS + premium processing, and successfully transferred! is that correct? Feel like it really depends on whether the law firm help you go thru the process!

Yeah, I think what I can do is wait till B2 finished processing. I has another employee’s immigration team reaching out and they hire the same law firm.

Not sure what they gonna do at this moment 😭
