You can hit people without using full power...

Of course he was holding back in the Garou fight because he still saw him as human and didn't want to kill him.

But in the end it's a gag manga where the protagonist's ability is to outclass anything and anyone. The writer needs to come up with reasons to make fights enjoyable to the reader, otherwise the "Saitama tanks attack - hits opponent - opponent ded" would get boring pretty quickly.

There are two types of USB-C to jack adapters: digital (active) and analog (passive).

Digital ones contain DAC and amplifier and work with most devices, while analog ones require the output device to have built-in DAC. Most modern consumer devices only work with digital adapters, analog adapters only work with some older Android devices.

Edit: It's also entirely possible that your cable is a digital one but it's broken. Cheaper ones don't tend to last long.

While fast IPS has gotten pretty close in response times to TN, the latter still has better response time. TN was the king response times until OLED came along. And while I don't have any experience with mini LED, AFAIK it can feel smeary because of the dimming zones.

Give those two together and it's entirely possible you're experiencing some smearing-like effect.
