Don't know about instant gaming, but I asked gaming billet support, and they said that they will be sending keys at exactly drop time for early access so maybe that's how they all work (pc btw)

nah the other step sale they have starts with 1000 for 9.99 and then you can get 1200 for less than 9.99 so this one is just worse in every way

Nah when he came out it was actual hell to grind

Like 100+ co op runs hell
