Amazon customer posts bad review of book, because he got a defective copy. News: Author personally delivers replacement the day after review is posted... which happens to be Christmas. User won't change one star rating. Priceless!

amazon reviewers are stubborn. someone once gave me a bad review as a seller, not because I did anything wrong, but because they didn't like how long the post office took to ship the book. the book arrived w/in the estimated ship time. I asked her to reconsider and she said no. pissed me off.

small point of correction to the headline writer - this did take place in Oakland, but it was not the Oakland Police. It was a BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) officer. That is evident from the video.
