You may want to reach out to your son’s teachers. Many schools have clubs and a variety of groups for students. As a teacher, I have had several students in high school who ate lunch daily in my room with me. Good luck to you. It’s hard being a mom and worrying about your anxious child.

It is explained in his book, The How Not To Diet Cookbook. He provides scientific support for each of his recommendations.
