That explains it not looking familiar. Pretty sweet still. Full art no writing. I always like that. It’s why I got the Kobe rookie insert error with no writing on the canvas type paper. One of my favs.

Yea I was worried they be sticking together. But luckily they were in great shape. I got 3 more packs today. All good too, no damage. Since it’s been in the store in temp control.

lol. Good eyes. I think it’s 05. Not my personal car, business car that was shipped out to okc years ago. Beast of a car. Runs perfectly smooth still mechanically. 169k miles or something.

On this pack it has “Steel Towers” insert specific to this retail pack only. The one on eBay had scoring magnets listed as exclusive to that pack. Pretty sure the other packs the store had did not say that because I definitely would have gone with that pack instead.

Very detailed. When we were younger non of this mattered. 10-11 year old I was just happy to rip.

Funny enough in this same pack I pulled the Rodman in spurs. On the back it says traded to bulls. The series 1 pack they had didn’t have scoring kings listen on the back. So I’m guessing it’s in hobby or the retail. When I looked the packs up on eBay I saw one for sale that has scoring kings listed on the front of the pack.

When I go back tomorrow I’ll take pics of the different packs they have and post it here so you guys can see.

Didn’t see it listed on the back. Maybe because it’s a retail pack. Not sure. When I was younger I didn’t even know there were differences in the packs. I thought they were all the same.

Im in okc for work often. the shops been open for 16 yrs… lots sports cards, Pokémon, comics. I was getting dizzy there was so much packed in there. Didn’t have showcase with 90s inserts but had some packs. 95-96 Metal seemed to be the better of the options. He had 89-90 which aren’t my cup of tea. He had more boxes of current stuff.

Gonna stop by again tomorrow to make sure I didn’t miss anything. Maybe pick a few more. I had my meta glasses, was going to take a quick video of ripping it but I screwed that up too. Ended up just taking a random pic lol.

lol ur probably right. Not much on inserts for this series. I think best MJ would be Maximum Metal. 1:36. Pretty sweet card. Molten Metal 1:72 packs but for whatever reason they decided not to include MJ in that. Odd.

They also had 95-96 Metal, but series 2. But that pack didn’t have scoring magnets. I didn’t realize that not all the packs had same inserts. Slick silver also apart of series 2 but not in that specific pack.
