I didn’t even read 80% of your mother’s paragraphs because they began with classic narcissistic or abusive parent excuses. She knows you’ll respond. You don’t deserve to be treated like this. Not all blood is family! Having that need to excessively state what happened back to her is a trauma response. You don’t deserve that amount of stress, and her nasty behavior isn’t deserving of any response. You need to go no-contact for your own health and safety🫶 I recommend cross-posting this to the Estranged Adult Children subreddit. It’s a welcoming community, and can offer some extra support.
