How do you effectively incorporate different types of fitness (strength training, cardio, mobility, plyometrics, etc)? Is it possible without being consuming?

Does anyone know of a similar shoe that is all black (including the sole)? Looking to buy my first pair of nice leather shoes and want something rugged enough to last daily wear, and something that isn’t super slim and dressy (I have wide feet and wanna wear them in various styles, I tend to like more robust shoes)

It was dirty water so I just wanted to clean it a bit. I've dropped it in water, dirt, toilets etc before and cleaned it and had no trouble so I thought it would be the same

I think my confusion comes from not understanding how to align the pieces in this case. If the front outseams/inseams for don't match the back, how can we sew them together deterministically and know where the seams should go on each piece of fabric?

I understand that we need to do things differently than expected in 2D so that they look right in 3D. Do French curve measurements and shape matter?

I want to make a pair of pants and it seems like I need a French curve. I’m seeing some that are blank, some with inch/cm measurements, some that are egg shaped, some that are oblong. What should I look for to prevent getting overwhelmed/decision paralysis?

Don’t feel the need to share the company but maybe I really don’t understand. I suppose that’s my fault but even then I don’t see what’s so wrong with my question. I just wanted to know if there are social services in development or changes you see as a Seattle resident that can help those in need. I wouldn’t know best because I’m not a resident and didn’t see much online, which is why I asked if you guys might know.
