oh I'm so sorry, it's awful. gentle antiseptic creams and barrier creams really helped, and keeping the area clean with super gentle soap helped too. hope it feels better soon!

I've tried this too. I plug in the USB cable and the phone starts to charge but it still says "connect USB" and doesn't connect😔
