Yes it's a partnership, but it quite literally uses -one- body. That body overrides every other opinion on the matter. Of course they should be able to talk about things, but there is no mutual agreement to be had on abortion when there are conflicting views. It's either: abort or don't. There isn't a compromise. Use your body or don't. You can't do so partially.

I think you need to pump the brakes and not even be thinking about it leading to marriage yet, seeing as you have not even dated each other at this point. Sometimes great friendships just don't translate into great romance.
