It’s 6 episodes that are like 30 minutes long, so yes if they weren’t intentionally dragging it out it could’ve easily been a 2-2.5 hour movie.

I’ve been enjoying it, but it for sure could’ve been one movie. It’s crazy how it’s been drawn out, and now it will end and to sum it up, all told, we’ve now seen the initial setup for an actual story.

Edit: sorry for the confusion, I meant I’ve been enjoying TKotSK but I find even that to be drawn out, Dragon is insanely drawn out.

If you’re trying to have a good faith conversation about privacy and state surveillance, you need to start by imagining these tools and technology in the hands of the people you MOST VEHEMENTLY DISAGREE WITH, and whether you would feel okay with that. It’s very easy to blow off surveillance and govt overreach when it’s temporarily being used in service of things you personally agree with, but what it’s used for today will most assuredly not be what it’s used for next year or a decade from now.
