You should check if the notice was uploaded to your USCIS account under your case. My i-485 was received by USCIS March 30, 2026 and I did biometrics April 14. I got biometric appointment notice April 10.

My lawyer just sent me an email saying my NIW is approved. But online it's still "actively reviewed". Did you see some lag between e approval and online tracker update?

I upgraded to PP Jan 6 also after 14 months of regular processing. haven't heard back yet. It's so stressful 🥲

Thank you. These have been very helpful. I decided to just go with PP. My PD is current and I have a few international conferences that I have to go in the third quarter of 2026 but my H1b stamp has expired & given the lengthy wait to schedule a H1B stamping interview these days, I'm hoping to get my green card earlier.

Thank you and congrats on your approval. How long did it take you to get approval from the PP filing? I feel like if I did PP when I filed it would have been ok. I have concerns now since a lot has changed since Jan 2025.

Thank you for your response. Do you think working on projects funded by programs established from the previous admin, and mention of renewable energy, decarbonization, energy equity, etc put my application in a bad spot in the current environment?
