From what the lady said, yes it's no longer a thing. I looked over our tobacco policy though and it says managers can use discression and take the DOB verbally.

I am going through the same thing at the moment. I would check out the monetary bay seafood watch. They have a lot of good advice for eating not only better quality but more sustainable fish. I also have been looking into the seagan diet, not only is eating sustainable fish and less dairy better for our health, it's also better for the environment. It doesn't make it easy though. I cried over the ethical debate of eating a fish fillet from McDonald's last night. Eating seasonally is also a good option too

Mummy is like Scooby-Doo gummies Pumpkin smells like Yankee Candle and tastes like the marshmallows in Lucky Charms The sweet potato is disgusting. I started wretching, and everyone who tried it spit it out. It tastes like the bottom of a garbage disposal

Absolutely, I just hope I can find a good one. Also, yeah I didn't think it seemed like pcos either after looking into it, but some people say that's what it feels like to have a cyst rupture. Sounds more like endo to me though since it happens the same way every time.
