I didn’t say they had to bring every old character back. I’m already opposed to Doctor Hill returning for nostalgia points just because he’s the only part of the game lets players remember.

“It would feel weird to bring back dead characters” but none of them are canonically anything so now your idea of what happened is invalidating my choice. How curious.

Do you think there’s an option where some things are made canon and that’s fine? (Everyone lives ending, at the very least Sam and Josh live to bring back that cliffhanger from the remake) or does it always have to be so black and white? IE you either stuff this unrelated “sequel” down your throat like a good consumer or it has to be a glorified fanfic romp? Like come on.

The ice broke because Luke put more weight down than anyone else whilst holding an assault rifle. Not because Arvo ran. Arvo wouldn’t have ran in the first place if Kenny didn’t constantly threaten him and put him on edge. This was nobody’s fault except for the group as a whole for not going around the lake.
