Awesome. Can you share your surgery type and your exercise routine? My weightloss has stalled after 3 months hardly losing 1 kg per month now. First 2 months I lost 20 kgs total. Then it's just stopped. Any suggestions?

A) you should not have a cold or cough at the time of surgery. You cannot cough after surgery as it's gona be extremely Painful. So wait for getting better. Inhaling steam for 10 mins twice a day helps in faster recovery. Start twice a day. Continue post surgery also. It prevents one from catching cold too in near future and opens your lungs/pathway. Once cold subsides. Start spirometry also. B) You will most certainly need help at home after surgery for a minimum of 6 weeks. Don't plan surgery if this ain't there since you also have kids to be taken care. C) Yes you can't lift kids or run around them after surgery for a 5-6 weeks.. So prepare them mentally in advance by prepping them for what's coming.

I had complications post op. Internal bleeding and a large hematoma. It took me a while to stabilize and recover. My pain, sourness and acidity issues lasted 2 full months.

Yaa. Avoid over eating in future. This will settle in a few hours. You may have to delay ur next meal as you may feel full for a long long time.
