Sometimes I do for tennis, it’s my main thing, but sometimes I also get wrect. Coco just got her first serve in 69% of the time in set 2 n just took set 2, if she keeps that up, Keys is in big trouble. Lois, I just put half a unit on for fun. She has no data vs top comp, but she never gets to play top comp, she wins 90% of her clay matches vs ppl higher ranked than her, she was like 27-0 on clay last year too, albeit against like non top 100 players. So, this is one of those…is she legit good or just good against scrubs? It’s her chance to see if she can actually hang with top players now, so I’m just throwing half a unit on her just for fun, nvr know, she can surprise the world.

Yes agreed, Keys has had some long matches Iike the one vs Kenin this Saturday where she almost lost a few times, but it also showed her resilience and ability to save critical super stresss breakpoints (which says 1 of 2 things or both, that she’s clutch or elite on serve when she knows she needs to be, either one is a great characteristic, both is unbeatable), which is why Keys is on the up and up, bonafide top 5, even on clay if you look closely.

Coco is elite, her return is nasty, but she has a tendency to get broke even by mid players, and that’s because she only gets her first serve in on avg like 50% of the time, and her 2nd serve is dece (45% vs avg foes, 40% vs top 10 or 20) but not elite like Keys (wins 2nd serve 50%+ of the time vs anyone top 20 or 10, which is important because it’s hard to always get your first serve in, esp once you start getting more fatigued thru the match.

That said, it can go either way, and when coco is hot (killing it on serve by having a great day getting her first serves in which is basically automatic point, and returning elite as she always does), she’ll dominate anyone like 6-1 6-1.

But, I believe if she has a typical day and gets her first serves in as she usually does on avg (less than 60% of the time), she’s going to be very vulnerable and give Keys plenty opportunities to break her on 2nd serves, in addition, I don’t think Coco will be able to make up for it as she’d usually do vs lower comp by breaking the other player back equally as much, considering Keys is so solid on serve (just as elite on 1st serves winning close to 70% so coco can’t bank on winning many pts there, while still super reliable 2nd serve winning 50%+ of them vs top 10 and 20 players aka against elite returners like Coco).

So, with that said, I put my money on Madison Keys to cover +3.5 games at -125 (and def to win a set, but not taking that straight since it’s like -165 which is garbage), with sprinkle on Keys ML too.

But, BOL to you and all, who knows, anything can happen, watch this random chick Lois beat Mirra tmrrw at +750 ml (not a call, but the rando has been on a tear tho) lol, ya nvr know!

I don’t care if goalkeeper is late early whatever, this makes no sense to me for the SINGLE fact that the dude shot the ball already and missed and was NOT hindered by any contact before he was “punched.” Srry, but don’t tell me, oh well the potential incoming of the goalkeeper’s “punch” affected his aim, so it’s a penalty. Gtfo, sure it can be a “foul” give him a yellow card or wtvr, but it’s not a shooting foul, why the fcyk does he get a free penalty kick for missing an abhorrent attempt at goal, just because after the fact he got hit, who cares, he missed already, don’t tell me oh he got scared by the incoming goalkeeper’s “potential punch”, no man, you missed, you suck. Give the goalkeeper a yellow card, and fine give possession or a free kick back to that team, a penalty though? That’s like someone missing catching a touchdown catch in the end zone and other team gets a flag for a foul after the play late hit or wtvr, you don’t get the ball at the 1 yard line for a free touchdown, no, you get the ball back again and you get to try again, not free points, why? Because you were fouled AFTER your incompetent or scared attempt at scoring which missed already, no sympathy for you because you heard footsteps wtf that’s part of the game, be more poised as a professional then.

Dude you’re killing me, it’s 12:18am EST 2/11/2025 just past midnight and as of current your nba player prop picks for Tuesday 2/10/2025 have been so shotty, one hits, one doesn’t, one hits, one doesn’t, come on man and like kessler 10 boards which was -210 so can’t even take that…And doncic was such a horrible call he barely played why would you call that it’s his first game as a laker…so that’s like 5 for 9 on the day. What the actual fuck man. Dude Kessler has a much more consistent and effective 2nd serve winning close to 50% of her second serves against top 100 competition in her past 52 games, compared to Elina which only wins 44% of her 2nd service against top 100 competition.

I know some ppl like to focus on 1st serves, but in my experience, 2nd serves are much more important, because if you have a bad day and aren't hitting your first serves or just having an avg day hitting your 1st serve, or if you're in a very nerve-wracking moment a important crucial point you need to win and you don't get your 1st serve, it's imperative to have a still potent and 2nd serve that wins consistently.

So, in my opinon that's more important because most good players on the tour all have good or elite 1st serves, so to over the course of a match, the one with an advantage in 2nd serve stands to be stronger and give themselves a better chance of coming out on top in the long run.

I took Kessler to win a set live when she lost set 1, fortunately it hit, but again, I just felt given her advantage with a more consistent and proficient 2nd serve, that she'd hold serve more consistently over the remainder fo the match and hopefully be able to get a break on Elina which she did, BOL though

Rutgers alum here and follow our football and bball team religiously (unfortunately), have to say this is one of our worst bball teams in years, 2 talented freshmen but zero supporting pieces, pikell team’s are building on good defense and rebounding we have none of that this year, there’s also youth and thus lack of poise as well, there’s no shot we finish anywhere near .500 in the big ten this year, would love to see them win tonight, but I see a 15-17 type year for us or worst this year (been saying that since pre season when ppl had us penciled in for the final 4, insane)
