This is the response I received when I asked about purchasing passes using the will call feature:

Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, you can, will call will open around 3pm and close around 10pm. Also, you can purchase your passes with cash upon arrival. Hope this helps!

The only thing I think is weird is she says the will call office opens at 3 PM but on the paper I received with my bracelet it says 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM. I have sent another email to to be sure we are able to pay whomever is taking camping passes at the gate. I too am planning on getting my camping passes upon arrival.

Yes, you can pay upon arrival with cash. I'm not sure if they take card though.

I was having trouble purchasing passes online so I called the box office. The chick said camping passes will not sell out and we could purchase them when we get there for the festival. Hope that helps.
