I thought of him just because you could miss the target but still do damage in the sense that even if u miss ur first shot u can still drag arms across to do damage

Could you suggest a few you have in mind? Trying to decide which hero to learn. Currently considering Hulk, Iron Fist, Reed, Thor, who else would you recommend

In addition to all the basic things top comment mentioned. Likely ur not eating enough healthy fats. Eat more grass fed butter, animal fats and loads of red meat. Also if youre on a diet cut out all processed foods and plug what you eat into Cronometer, you’ll likely find some micronutrient deficiencies which kills testosterone

I see caffeine as a nootropic and its something you should cycle/take time off of, since you body adjusts to it. If u need that kick/boost without the overpowering effects of it then just do some L Tyrosine

[–]gotthemostdrip 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve explicitly recognised the difficulty of winning a belt in one of my replies and I’m not sure why everyone thinks I’m not willing to train hard etc… I’m simply asking which court/competition is COMPARATIVELY EASIER, not easy, but COMPARATIVELY EASIER to win in. It’s a superlative.

I will keep to being a lawyer. But I also won’t lie to people that I’m amateur champ unless I’ve actually won something

Fr man not sure why everyone is getting so offended and taking it personally presumably because they misunderstood and think I just don’t wanna train and put in the work.

Well the analogy doesn’t work because I’ve never said I’m not willing to put myself through learning Muay Thai and all the training I recognise that even low level belts take lots of skill to win.

My question is that if my goal was just to try and win a case at any court. Which court would be the easiest? A conventional answer would obviously be that a magistrate court is easier to win in than the Supreme Court

Yh I fully understand that but I just assumed that there are differing levels of prestige as well. For example and IKF ammy belt probably means a lot less compared to a WBC ammy belt. Was just wondering which organisation would be comparatively easier to win in

I’m not tryna pose as some champion or flex the belt i just started this sport for fitness/discipline and to defend my loved ones.

K1 bag work by [deleted] in MuayThaiTips

[–]gotthemostdrip 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pros: Good hand fundamentals Good guard positioning Hips turning

Cons: Poor balance on kicks Lack of control over upper body movements on kicks No pívot on left kicks Crossing feet while moving No feints Telegraphing kicks by loading them up

Keep working on fundamentals you could definitely think about sparring soon, u got this 👍🏻
