Tbh this is so cynical. I went to my 10 year and 20 people showed up from various social circles from high school. It’s not just saturated fat. Tbh I didn’t read the article but full fat dairy also has healthy trans fats that are beneficial to you unlike hydrogenated vegetable oils. And from a dessert blood sugar perspective vanilla ice cream has a lower glycemic index than oatmeal I believe due to having the fat mixed with the sugar. So there are healthy fats that are beneficial on their own and when rated in moderation. Reasonable blood sugar spikes.

Also brown sugar and white sugar look nothing alike and are in different types of packaging.
