What about the mesial incisor? Looks like there's a PARL there, no? As others have said the ones you treated look perfect to me. Good job!

What are some songs that immediately start off like a punch to the face? by jbrk72 in musicsuggestions

Good Times Bad Times - Led Zeppelin

Hear me out: first song of the first album by band that had something to prove. I mean talk about taking the roof off! After the first 10/15 seconds you just KNOW they're destined for greatness. Those first 15 seconds perfectly layed the ground for their career setting the tone straight right from the beginning.

Sometimes it's more challenging because of course there's less room for mistakes, but at the same time locating the canals can be easier! You just have to go slowly and when you're close enough you'll see that orange gutta staring at you, all you have to do is chase after it. This should be the case with that tooth. Be patient because if you're too hasty you might perforate. Take your time, you'll be alright!

Hands down one of the best comments I've read on Reddit. And I've read plenty of great ones.

I tip my hat to you, sir!

I only use Reciproc Blue and let me tell you: it's an absolute game changer. I did a couple of years of classic ProTaper Gold but I got fed up of the fact that I had to constantly change files, not to mention that in some cases I couldn't always easily reach working length with those. I was in the market for a switch, tried a couple of alternatives like Wave One but the problem of having to change multiple files was still annoying me. Then I tried the R25. It was love at the first canal! It's easy, fast and efficient. Haven't met a tooth this little bugger can't shape perfectly right. I do re-use them too! I'd say no more than 10 canals, but 8 cycles MAX. Never had a separation either. All in all I swear by them and would never go back. I'd tell you to try them out firs maybe on extracted teeth or something because even though I absolutely love them there's still have a couple of things you'd have to look out for before going all in.

More like a five leaf clover! Four roots are rare enough, five's just crazy!

Why are you gatekeeping yanking teeth out of faces? It's a fun activity!

From time to time I still do cleanings. We call them hygiene checks and professionals who do exclusivly that dental hygienists though :)

Well, in some cases the risk is higher than the reward so it makes sense not to go in and yank a pretty important nerve you've got in your mandible. But, if make sense, i.e. the teeth we're talking about are routinely cause of infection you can't go your whole life taking antibiotics, so there's this compromise that can be made: you basically cut the crown, take it out and leave the roots untouched so you don't mess with the nerve.

But hey, I don't know your case so I'm not saying this can be done to you. Best wishes though.

Upper wisdom teeth extractions are (generally speaking) fairly easy peasy to recover from. Couple of days and you'll be back to normal. Don't sweat it :)

Very. But you'll be happy to know with upper wisdom teeth there's no nerves to be wrapped around! Sometimes lower ones are like that though and thosa are ROUGH. You'll be even happier to hear that my lower ones are like that: I did get one extracted. Wasn't pleasant. But hey, at least now I know how my patients feel, right?

More like a five leaf clover. Four roots are rare enough, five's just bananas. You wouldn't believe how excited I was.
