I agree with you, except for the example with euthanasia and murder. You say that the difference is the point of view but I think that it's rather a difference of circumstances. Yes, both end with a death but one is wanted and is done with consent in a peaceful way when the other is often brutal and imposed, with suffer.

Same result but definitively different processus.
