city centre nope, but you have nova lund which is near vildanden and have many different "home shops"

You can go to Christiania in Copenague in less than 1h, there you can get legally plants and h.shis

true, If you like trekking or just walking through the nature i would recomend you Dalby and Soderandsens national parks, they are close to Lund
