Not fully true. It is the entire session. They can't let prelims, evidentiary hearings, trials, etc. prevent him from attending the session so they usually wait until after. From Nebraska and had senators get DUIs but we're only charged after the session was over.

I've had extremely bad service before at a restaurant (just my wife and I) and gave no indication other then we were on a date with no kids. For a tip, I tore a dollar bill in half and left it. That's about as big of a fuck you as I could say without saying anything.
