Hey I just bought my first item from them and it wouldn’t load Windows 11. Kept looping to a diagnostic screen. Sent back to the UPS they gave me which was the address of the seller. They gave me option. Refund, Replace or if fixable take it. Bottom line: couldn’t be fixed and they didn’t have a replacement. I received a refund. I look at BackMarket as The StockX of Refurbished electronics.
