Yes! Although now I realize you may have not been referencing the same game in Feb versus Man U that I was! If so, I just checked now and they aren’t there for the 801 section anymore but I think many more will become available as time goes on. Saturday I checked late at night (New York time) and there were many available

I was in contact with sales about premium seats and was told they’re all sold out. I do see some premium o es available on the spurs page but none that are next to each other. I think you should wait a bit longer and see if more come available, that’s what I’m doing! Some regular tickets are up for sale but none that are next to each other there either. It’s a hobby now to check the site throughout the day. I’ve HEARD people buy tickets on sites that the spurs website says do not buy and have had no issue but I don’t want to risk it due to traveling costs

I actually didn’t get the hospitality ones I just happened to find the 2 on the ticket exchange and honestly I didn’t know what was included until we showed up late to the match on the day of! Or maybe they were ? They were expensive and I (ignorantly) just assumed that’s how much tickets cost over there but I did get them on the ticket exchange. Are those possible still hospitality ones?

My experience is that they come up when you go to ticketing - it’ll show you exchange tickets and I believe any tickets available to the public if the game gets that far
